Nothing is wrong with Animesuki, they are just moving their main site (animesuki.com) to a new server. Due to the moving, there were a couple of bugs that they needed to fix, so the site was down. The main site is fixed now and everything works now. Also, just for future reference, if the main site doesn't work for some reason, Animesuki has plenty of mirrors that are usable which you can find here. Hope I could help.
