Kabuto still somehow seems like a nice character... I mean there is no 'meaness' about him.

I wonder why he is hooked up with Orochimaru? I mean, is Oro his sensei? Heck, is Tsunade Shizune's sensei... all they ever do is gamble...

And what is the status of Kabuto? We know he is a traitor to Konoha, but as in his rank. Is he a a Jounin level Genin i.e no one bothered to promote him, or is a Sound Jounin?
