Filler is(when referring to movie/TV) basically extra scenes pull into a show that have little reference to the plot and basically is used to take up space.
In other words.. if it doesnt contain action scenes its called a filler.. pretty simpleminded of those ppl isnt it (cuz 9 of 10 ppl define that as a filler)...

imo there were only like 2/3 filler episodes so far..
