    Is the time jump before or after Naruto collects all the Dragon Balls? (yay sarcasm)

    I'm guessing there is going to be a time jump soon. As for the details of the next arc, hopefully it'll have character development for some of the other characters, this arc built up a few characters, however, the girls are still getting squat for development.
