I believe Wolf Pack Productions either stalled or gave up there subbing of Rockman.exe. I am not sure that another subber will pick it up, but I guess the best thing to do is wait. Also I noticed that there are no seeds on there site for 10-12. You can get it at SuprNova if you just search for "Rockman" (without the quotes).
