9900 is from gx9900, or the main gundam model number from gundam x (twomix9900 had awesome songs for gundam x)
I don't remember any Two Mix songs for Gundam X, though they did a lot of tracks for Gundam Wing. But Gundam X did have 2 good opening songs from Romantic Mode.
