Cool, is that a dorm room or an apartment? If a dorm, mind if I ask which one, because I don't remember many single occupancy dorms on campus, unless you're wealthy. You're wealthy aren't you?

An apartment several miles off campus. It's far cheaper than the dorms as well as the apartments closer to the school. I have my own room but share the place with 4 people.

You could at least close the box and use it for an ottoman or additional desktop space. Good boxes are definitely keepers.

You should at least close the top. Those cups and plate are sitting precariously on that perch.

Ah so you really are a neat freak because that too was the very first thing I noticed and I shuddered at the thought.

Ordered clutter is the best. The kind of mess where you know where everything is. I usually throw away everything disgusting like food and used tissues and stuff when it gets too bad, but I leave everything else because I find it comforting to be surrounded by my own stuff.

Also I checked when I picked it up - no that Q-tip wasn't used. The one next to my laptop is, though.

Man...how's that for messy...but that's when I first moved in. I swear it's much cleaner now!!
