since you're bringing up all this scientific knowledge of magnetic forces and electricity, tell me the physics of how sasuke's chidori, when it is touching a surface made of concrete, can make 'it' move faster. i really want to know how you came up with such genius theory. please, only facts. i'll be waiting for another brilliant response.

1. how the matter chidori consists of is converted to a magnetic source (not force)
2. how sasuke is able to convert the chidori into a magnetic force
3. how the so called magnetic force is able to pull something that is not metal
