I think that Lee will opt to have his leg and arm chopped off to remove the dead weight and learn a new move called Crazy tornado no jutsu where he spins really fast and can fly. He'll also eventually grow a tail and hop around like tiger.

i betcha he will go through the surgery, becuase his characters too imp. to just die, unless they want to make a serious turn in the plot, make him die, and yada yada yada, they fight for him, they love him, miss him, honor him, and whatever else u want to put with that.
How dare you even ask that question!! Rock Lee is not some chump girly-man that lays in a bed all day when hes injured (...sasuke...), no, Lee would rather be outside doing pushups. There is no way Lee wouldnt take the operation, hes just waiting a bit, trying to get a little bit more play from sakura (possibly to silence the growing rumors of a...special relationship between him and Gai...or just get her off sasuke's nuts a litte).
