for a series as popular as initial d, im surprised not more groups have chosen to fansub it, is animeone in the process of fansubbing 5 and 6? i know live-evil most likely wont have theirs out in a long while, its a good thing i can read chinese and watch the chinese fansubs ;p
Heh, it could have an ubershitty cliff hanger on Episode 6, so to save the kids who watch anime stress of waiting a month + to see the next episodes, maybe they're holding it to closer to the next 2s run date?

The show is still nice, after reading it, despite that Tokyo Pop bastardized names and such, but as I know most of the names from the show, it's not so bad. It's like what I do with Naruto, subbing in the names of the attacks from the show in the manga.
a lil update, nanashi has begun to translate ID ep5, they usually do FMA pretty fast, so i would expect them to come out with ep5 soon.

im not familiar with mkv format plus ive waited long enough, i have the patience to wait more (but i want to fuggin watch 5 and 6 dammit!)
i am sure its not me but the .mkv is just raw from the looks of it no english subs as stated and it srewed up to not able to fast forward
no, its not raw, it IS SUBBED, it is really really excellent quality as well. there will prolly be codec problems if u dont have the right ones, but i used vlc player and had to select the subtitle track manually
EDIT: i also had a problem with the subs running off the screen with vlc player, but i could fast forward
when i played it in Windows media player, i couldnt fast forward but the subs were just fine!
ok i just reviewed and it is subbed i guess i thought it was not subbed cuz they did not sub the countdown but its good subs to
any news as to how subs are going?
has aone decided to only release the dvd versions from now on?
still eagerly awaiting these...
