The Other Support section is usually where you should ask this type of question, but here is what you need to do:

1) In Internet Explorer, click at the top "Tools" and then "Internet Options..."
2) When the window pops up, click on the "Privacy" tab
3) In the Privacy tab, under the Settings heading, you can slide the security to a lower level, like "Medium" instead of the current "High" setting you probably have.
4) Click "OK" when you are finished.
