I know this i wasnt saying that only Naruto can use kyubi but the problem nobody is strong enough to seal him in another person. Also it would be easier for them if they used Naruto as their weapon instead of realesing kyubi.

Good point. So far we only know someone of the 4th Hokage's strength can seal it, unless of course other Akatsuki members are even stronger than the ones we've seen so far.

I dont think anyone as strong as the fourth is in akatsuki because if there were someone that strong they wouldnt need kyubi plus even the fourth died sealing him.
They said before that, well Itachi said it so how can we be sure but, they were after the Kyuubi inside Naruto. For all we know they intend to release it in order to reseal it into one of their members. At this point we know so little about Akatsuki that they can really do anything. I don't know if they have someone as strong as the fourth, but if you were evil and really strong, would you want unlimited chakra too?
