My take on the whole Ultimate Coordinator business is this: Kira has the ability to activate SEED at any time he so desires. He no longer requires the emotional limiter. Arthun, Cagalli, Lacus, Shinn all need their emotions to be in high gear for it to work. Kira can just do it on a whim.
actually thats wrong since seed is completely different thing and has nothing to do with him being the ultimate coodinator and also asuran no longer needs his anger to activate seed anymore at least thats how i interpert the events of gs regarding seed and the ultimate coodinator
