nobody said Kira was perfect. They said he was a perfected coordinator, which only means that they were able to take genetic engineering to a whole new level with him since he was synthetically bred. Thats what makes him the ultimate but then again thats only a question about how much knowledge people possess about this whole situation. Maybe there was much more going in this genetic engineering business, after all, what is up with the concept of being EXTENDED? How does Dullindal relate to the whole thing anyhow. I think there is more to things than Kira being the best of the best. Maybe Rey , Rau and Neo's newtype flashes have something to do with the whole thing as well
