do need some help getting my icon on though, it keep on saying something's wrong with the file or it's not gif and jpeg, and even if i copied someone's icon and upload it, still don't work, and suggestion?

Is it me or has Sasuke actually gotten weaker since the start of Naruto, he used to do things like, Sharingan controlled triple blade wires, and cool fire jutsu, combos, and other such things, but it seems like all he does now is use chidori and he sucks :: he should just stick to using his sharingan and use his oldschool moves more often. Instead of going to train with orichimaru..
