Sasuke probably has a chance but he doesn't even use his chidori correctly of course the only way you'll know that is if you read the manga. then we go to his sharingan he could possibly project the path and this and that but those techniques kimi does seem pretty fast. even Sasuke's sharingan can't keep up with that speed at this point.
