Kooshi, that was the idea. Everyone there knew that Ichimaru let them go and that he was making things up. It looks to me that he is trying to gauge them, to see how far they can go... and have some fun with them heh.

Anyone else bothered by Ichimaru's mouth? It looks awful imo, I'm sure they have a reason for drawing his mouth like that but the question is, are the rewards great enough for the stupid look? I submit to you that it is not! =P
