The only valid reason I can think about is how some people feel ill or dizzy when exposed to artificial cooling for a while. It isn't really an allergy, but more of a psychological thing, maybe.

I know of a friend who was allergic to tomato sauce (and apparently, hot water), but I never took her 100% seriously (in terms of the word "allergy").
