He said he could make up a reason so I don't think he was going to reveal anything. I'm worried that he implanted something in Luffy to help him if they ever have to fight, but maybe Law will be the Kuma of the New World. They both have been stated to be known for their cruelty but neither one seems to act particularly cruel.
