I don't think you'll find that many women who will sign a prenup. It's basically a signed statement that you both think shit won't work out and that she's a money-grubbing whore. Neither of which is what a woman wants to hear, true or not.
That's only in some states and only if she doesn't work. If you're a stay-at-home dad (my dream job) or you make less than her, you stand to take some of her $$ if you divorce.

“For God will not permit that we shall know what is to come... those who by some sorcery or by some dream might come to pierce the veil that lies so darkly over all that is before them may serve by just that vision to cause that God should wrench the world from its heading and set it upon another course altogether and then where stands the sorcerer? Where the dreamer and his dream?”
Prenuptial agreements have expiry dates. Just saying.
It's a risk all married people take and the courts do favor the women and they tend to take full advantage of it. With more than half of all marriages ending in disaster within 3- 5 years, it's a good idea to have a prenuptial agreement but it isn't foolproof. Also you don't have to be legally married to someone for them to be entitled to some form of compensation. There is something called "common law marriage" which means if you're living together with someone for a certain amount of time it is legally acceptable.
Personally I still want to get married, but to the right person. I only want to do it once.
