    He's implying that by intending to crush the heart in his hand, Caesar will inadvertently kill himself because that's actually his heart and not smoker's.

    It didn't happen explicitly. Prof Chaos is assuming that Caesar has been tricked into holding his own heart rather than Smoker's.
